Access to Studoya is granted on the condition that you accept these user terms. By registering, you agree to these terms. We advise every user to read them carefully.
Memberships
Studoya may offer different memberships at different prices. A membership may have a monthly, quarterly or yearly payment interval and is renewed automatically unless stated otherwise.
Memberships have no minimum duration and can be cancelled at any time. After cancellation, no further collections take place and access remains available for the period already paid for.
If Studoya offers a free trial, this only applies to memberships where this is clearly stated. If you cancel during the trial, no collections take place and the trial can be completed free of charge.
When creating an account, you may receive messages about Studoya. At the bottom of emails you can indicate that you no longer want to receive these messages.
Information, access and rights
The information on Studoya may change. We take great care in compiling it, but do not guarantee that all information is always complete or error-free.
The internet is not always fully reliable. Interruptions, delays or errors can occur. Studoya aims for good availability, but accepts no liability for temporary unavailability, delays or errors, except in cases of intent or deliberate recklessness.
The rights to Studoya and its information belong to Slimleren.nl B.V. and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Without prior written permission, the information may not be copied, stored, published, rented out or sold, except for personal use.
Studoya may refuse, remove or modify submitted practice and learning material.
Accounts
It is not permitted for multiple people to use one account. If misuse is suspected, an account may be deactivated.
Studoya may change prices. Changes are communicated clearly and do not apply retroactively.
Paid amounts cannot be reclaimed, including when parts of the system are changed or discontinued.
Changes to the terms
These terms may be expanded or changed. We advise you to check this page regularly.
We will clearly inform users of major changes. If you do not agree with a major change, you may terminate the service.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court.
